才國小四年級數學只考35分。跟不上其他同學,家長開始會心急如焚,到處尋求協助找老師,找家教,找補習班,該做的都試了。心灰意冷後會問:我的孩子還有救嗎?仲維文教林晟老師說:『當初這位母親幾乎也準備放棄了,我直接告訴這位媽媽,現在能幫助他的也只有妳了,請她利用時間陪孩子一起學數學吧!從他會的地方開始,依照孩子的耐性由淺入深,一次20分鐘漸進式的,陪他一起做有效學習,不急不徐的,像陪孩子學步那樣,我肯定告訴她,一定有效的。陪孩子一起看教材,做練習,一起分享學會的成就,因為您不急的要成績,在自在的情況下,孩子的學習情緒比較好,效果在淺易默化中累積,幾個月過去了,中間這位母親也陸續打了幾通諮詢的電話,我不忘叮嚀,持續不間斷,只要孩子學習的很踏實,一定有成績;果然,後來的電話,她直誇孩子成績進步了,從50分到60分到80幾分……。』

水母動力學
水母類是東海浮游動物的第三大類群,其豐度僅次于橈足類和海樽類;其數量有明顯的季節變化,春季豐度最高(5.37 ind./m3),秋季次之(2.23 ind./m3),冬季(1.82ind./m3),夏季最低(0.88 ind./m3);其平面分布特征為近海高于外海;其數量變化首先來自優勢種大西洋五角水母(Muggiaea atlantica)和雙生水母(Diphyes chamissonis)的貢獻,前者是近岸暖溫種,后者是近岸暖水種;春季豐度變化與表層和底層鹽度二元線性相關,夏季與底層水溫相關,秋季與底層鹽度相關,冬季與表層鹽度相關,4季總豐度與10 m層鹽度相關.鹽度是影響水母類數量變化的主要環境動力學因子,水溫是次要因子;水母類高豐度區往往位于臺灣暖流與長江徑流交匯處偏沖淡水水團一側.長江沖淡水在不同季節人海后的流向是決定高豐度分布區位置重要的動力學因子.該類浮游動物對沿海海域生物安全、生態安全和環境安全都有重要的影響,引起全球的普遍關注.
